He is currently leading the pastry team at Address Hotels in Dubai, including Boulevard and Dubai Mall, where he continuously delivers exceptional culinary experiences.
Ashwani’s passion for pastry magic began in 2005, and since then, he has made a significant impact on the industry, winning numerous accolades and awards. He has enrolled himself in several in-depth training programs to further hone his skills, including Pastry workshops by VALROHNA, Modern cakes and French pastries workshop by Chef Jean Arnaud Francois in Malaysia & Dubai, and Sugar workshop by Chef Nicholas Walt in South Africa, among many others.
Ashwani’s dedication and hard work have paid off, with him winning several prestigious awards, including the Best Patisserie award, Best chocolate snack award, Best showpiece public voting award, and Overall 3rd place at the World Chocolate Masters 2017 & 2021 Middle East Region. He has also successfully managed many high-profile weddings and outdoor events like Formula One Abu Dhabi and Mubadala Tennis Tournament, showcasing his versatility and expertise in the culinary field.
